Alliance Sheets wasted no time when operations began in Bristol, Indiana, in August 2014. We immediately hired 92 employees as we prepared to launch the first 132-inch corrugator in North America. Today, we operate three shifts, serving industry partners who rely on our ability to produce ultra-wide corrugated sheets. As demand has grown, so has our team, allowing us to continually expand our capabilities while maintaining a strong commitment to our employees. With a history of steady employment, no layoffs, and a safe, welcoming work environment, we’ve built a culture that continues to thrive. Bristol, Indiana, is our home, and we take great pride in being part of this community.
Our 169,000-square-foot facility produces a wide variety of products, including A, B, C, and E flutes in both single-wall and double-wall formats, providing exceptional flexibility and value to our customers. We continue to invest in our equipment and technology to ensure our operations remain modern, efficient, and world-class. Recent upgrades include high-speed splicers, an advanced Zero Defect Monitoring System, precision cutting and scoring equipment, and expanded sheet line capabilities. These improvements enhance product consistency, increase production efficiency, and strengthen our ability to meet growing customer demands.
